    Golf requires a stabile foundation to perform from!  Proper assessment and treatment of the hips, lowback and ankle function lead to a better dispersion of the forces that occur over and over on the golf course.

    When you create SYNERGY between proper joint mechanics and proper core strength, the day to day Pains seem to disappear.

    Shoulder pain in the front arm can cause  a short backswing and throw off the club's path. 

    Shoulder pain in the back arm can cause a tilting at the pelvis, in a weak attempt to raise the club head higher.  Addressing the ball from this back swing position can dramatically decrease proper repeatability in the swing.

    These are just a few of the things that can be solved and prevented with a proper Assessment and Personalized Training regiment.
